Photos obtained by Daily Voice show firefighters cutting off the roof of a sedan following a collision with another car and a construction vehicle in the eastbound lanes near Jones Road in the afternoon hours.

While a previous version of this story citing a witness said firefighters, police, and paramedics worked for almost an hour at the scene, Fort Lee Fire Chief John Klein says it only took 30 minutes from the time of dispatch.

All eastbound lanes were closed.

The extent of the injuries were not immediately clear as of press time.
